Proprietor Andrew Chase is a 27 year old qualified sports coach. He has been a teacher for six
years. He holds a first aid certificate and is CRB checked.
Andrew believes a fit body is usually a healthier happy body and mind. It doesn’t matter how old you
are, or your ability. The important thing is to be as fit and active as your body will allow. He runs a
variety of classes or individual tuition where the emphasis is on fun and doing your personal best.
The rise of fast food and inactive life styles has led to an epidemic in obesity, which often means lack
of mobility and fitness. You are never too young or too old to improve your fitness and students
range from 18 months to 105 years. See classes available. If you cannot see what you are looking

Andrew has government awarded coaching certificates in many sports including: General Fitness.
